Outlines the project detail and fee schedule.
Site Evaluation
Analysis of slope, micro-climates and existing elements.
Preliminary Concept Plan
A scaled concept drawing with solutions to your landscape goals and unique site characteristics. Spaces will be fully formed, but material and plant detail will be general.
Cost/Study Materials Selection
A cost estimate of the landscape areas in the plan which aids decisions about materials and plan choices.
Final Landscape Plan
A scaled landscape drawing of your landscape with hardscape, material and planting detail.
Installation of the Project
Once an installation agreement is approved, TLCgardens manages the implementation of your landscape design.
